I have used the block design layout from my other post 'Blocks designs for my advertisement'. However i have drew them up to make them more visual and understandable. the top one i prefer as it shows the comparison better, and represents the innocence more appropriately, as the model of the left hand side is young.
Add some comments about these indicating which you prefer and why - like you did for the shoe design.
