This is really effective, Demi. You have manipulated your main image very well and shown some very good photoshop technique in mixing the black and white with the colour sections of the image. The colour in the lips and eyes matches the masthead, which is a nice design touch. As you have introduced the Christmas holly and haper, these extra colours go with the multi-coloured 'Fashion Tips' at the bottom. All the conventions are present and the small ones, like dateline, price etc are very well placed. Top grade.
